I have suffered from TMJ for Several years. Last summer was pretty acute and they end up having a surgical Procedure which worked for sometime, but then the pain came back. Rather than having another surgical procedure, which is an option, my doctor recommended that I consider managing this medically. He recommended Dr Syrop and I could not be more pleased with him and his staff. His assistant Arleen Is terrific. She knew that I was in a lot of pain and contacting me when there was a cancellation so I could be seen sooner. Dr. Syrop Completed a thorough examination and gave me several things to do to include massaging my face, facial exercises, and most importantly the use of a day mouthguard. I can honestly say that I have not been in pain since seeing him. I highly recommend Dr Syrop for anyone who suffers from TMJ or is experiencing any orofacial pain.

I cannot recommend Dr. Syrop highly enough. After struggling with TMJ issues and seeing multiple providers, I finally found a doctor who truly listened and took the time to understand my concerns. Dr. Syrop is knowledgeable, compassionate, and was thorough throughout the entire process. He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment plan. The office staff was also friendly, professional, and welcoming. What stood out most was the genuine care and attention I received. I never felt rushed, and I felt like my symptoms and concerns were taken seriously. Thanks to Dr. Syrop’s expertise, I have experienced significant improvement in my TMJ symptoms and quality of life. If you are looking for a dentist who specializes in TMJ treatment and truly cares about their patients, I highly recommend Dr. Syrop. 5 stars all the way.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Syrop and Arleen. From the moment I walked into the office, I felt completely cared for and reassured. Dr. Syrop took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, never making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. His professionalism, knowledge, patience, and genuine compassion immediately put me at ease. After dealing with so many questions and concerns regarding my condition, it was such a relief to finally have a doctor who truly listened and explained every detail so clearly. He made me feel confident in my treatment plan and is giving me peace of mind throughout the entire process. I also have to recognize Arleen in the office, who was absolutely amazing. She was incredibly kind, organized, responsive, and so efficient with everything from appointments to paperwork and follow-ups. Anytime I had a question or needed assistance, she handled it quickly and professionally with such warmth and care. She truly went above and beyond and made the entire experience seamless. It is rare to find a medical office where you feel genuinely supported by everyone, but Dr. Syrop and Arleen exceeded every expectation.

I found Dr. Syrop after over a decade of dealing with chronic TMJ issues and I’m so glad that I did! We started off with the most conservative treatments before moving on to Botox and that has been such a game changer, I forget that I even have this issue. Dr. Syrop explains this condition and the treatments thoroughly and always makes sure that I’m comfortable. I wouldn’t trust doing this treatment in most places, I trust Dr. Syrop because of his extensive background as both a dentist and TMJ specialist. Arleen at the front desk is also a pleasure to talk to and aids in making the appointments very comfortable. Highly recommend coming here if you’re looking to get rid of your pain in a professional and experienced environment.

Dr. Syrop is incredibly good at what he does. I started seeing him in 2018. Because of him and the apparatus he created, my apnea is gone and I can sleep in peace. When I have needed an adjustment, he has done his best to fit me in quickly. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs help with TMJ and/or oral facial pain. You will be in excellent hands

Dr syrop took me right away, listened to my update on my TMJ pain, and answered my questions thoroly and expertly. He did injections with skill and as gentle a touch as possible. He is a 1st class gentleman and professional. I’m grateful that he’s still taking care of patients in Westchester. Eileen is a very competent and caring office manager. She welcomes patients graciously and responds to our needs skillfully.
